Nearly four years ago, Pablo Lyle came to Miami with his wife and two children to meet his newborn nephew. In a single moment, their trip turned tragic, and their world shattered. The devastation that took place in 2019 has impacted two families with insurmountable agony. We acutely acknowledge the pain of all who were involved on that mournful day.
In April of 2019, Pablo was arrested and held under house arrest in the U.S. pending his trial. During the time of his house arrest, he was not permitted to travel or work and as a result, has been unable to generate any income for his family since 2019. On October 4th, 2022, Pablo was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. On February 3th, 2023, Pablo was sentenced to 5 years in prison in the State of Florida, U.S.
Pablo has incurred profound legal fees, which have exhausted the resources of every member of the Lyle family.
As a loving father to a daughter (12) and a son (8) living in Mexico, his opportunities to see and be with his children during these years have been and will be few. Our spirits weigh heavily, knowing that Pablo’s beloved children will grow without their dad for a long time.
As mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, and friends, we want to continue helping this family. Our efforts will continue helping Pablo through this process.
Our desire is that this effort continues reaching far and wide, like a pebble that ripples long across the water. We are grateful for even the smallest donation and hope that you will share this with those you know.
